Founded by Gary Crosby OBE and Janine Irons, Tomorrow’s Warriors has played a pivotal role in shaping the modern UK jazz landscape. Its alumni include Mercury Prize winners Ezra Collective, Nubya Garcia, Moses Boyd, Shabaka Hutchings, Kokoroko, Soweto Kinch — to name just a few of the artists who have been central to the genre’s resurgence over the past decade.
This showcase highlights the next wave of talent emerging from that same ecosystem. Rooted in mentorship, ensemble training and community-led opportunity, Tomorrow’s Warriors continues to create structured pathways into professional music careers. The stage offers audiences a direct insight into the future of UK jazz — platforming rising artists shaped by an organisation with a proven track record of impact.
