Where are the venues?

Eight of the ten festival venues are all located within a minutes’ walk of each another at the Truman Brewery site, across Brick Lane and Ely’s Yard, E1. In addition to these venues, Common Counter and Rich Mix are both 4-5 minutes walk from the main festival site and Village Underground is 12 minutes by foot from the main festival site. Shows are staggered accordingly to allow time to walk between the main site and these venues. You will receive a festival programme with a printable map ahead of the event.

You can access a 3D sitemap on the festival’s official App.

TICKETS AND REFUNDS

Does my Day/Weekend Pass guarantee me entry into the venues?

Entry to the festival venues operates on a first-come, first-served basis, capped at venue capacities. Therefore, while your pass grants you access to all venues, it does not guarantee admission into any given venue if it is already full to capacity when you arrive. It is therefore strongly advised to arrive in good time for your top shows of choice and we recommend arriving for the support act to secure your spot for headline acts. We sell below the collective capacity of the live stages only (DJ stages are not ticketed) so there will always be space for everyone at one of the live shows happening at any given time.

Can I get a refund for my ticket?

We offer a 24 hour cooling off period on all ticket purchases, during which you can get a full refund. After this, tickets are non-refundable.

What ID will be accepted?

Any legal form of photo ID (driver's license, passport, ID card) will be accepted to verify tickets and enter age restricted venues. Please ensure you bring the physical copy of your ID as photos of IDs on phones will not be accepted.

Security & Bag Policy

All guests may be required to show a valid form of ID and will be subject to bag search upon accreditation. We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing oversized bags to the event.

ACCESSIBILITY

All festival venues are fully accessible with the exception of Ninety One Living Room. Please refer to our accessibility page here for more information.

TABLE BOOKINGS

All our festival venues will operate a free seating policy over the course of the weekend (no bookings available).
