Adrian Newman leads Lambeth Music Service, a division within Lambeth Council that provides education programmes across schools in Lambeth as well as evening music lessons, Saturday Music Centres and even provides opportunities for Lambeth's young musicians to play at festivals in Brockwell park and beyond!

Adrian spent a lot of years playing music, writing and recording for a number of artists before moving into broadcast and leading Reprezent Radio for over 12 years. Adrian spotted new talent and also trained up broadcasters including SHERELLE (6Music), Remi Burgz (1Xtra), Jeremiah Asiamah (BBCR1), NAINA (Apple Music Radio), Jaguar (BBCR1), Femi Koleoso (6Music), Munya Chawawa and a heap more.

Improving the chances for young talent to get their chance to be the best they can be, Adrian is hoping to change the culture of music education.
