Co-founder of ROOT 73 & The Silhouettes Project, Asher is a rapper, producer and community organiser from Hackney. Asher's work revolves around bringing people together to challenge traditional industry structures. He has been a mentor to many people, running ROOT 73's apprenticeships scheme and he also co-manages ENNY. After launching the non-profit studio and record label ROOT 73, Asher worked for Atlantic Records and Def Jam Records managing campaigns for artists such as Stormzy, Tion Wayne and Kojey Radical.
