Cathy Runciman is Co-Executive Director of Earth Percent, driving collaborations between music and environmental action. She works with artists, industry leaders, and climate innovators to accelerate funding and advocacy for frontline nature protection, climate justice work and cultural change. Her mission is to harness the power of music for a more regenerative, thriving planet, including through the Sounds Right initiative which recognises and rewards nature’s contribution to music.
