Clara Cullen is a Service Delivery Manager at Help Musicians, a UK charity that has existed for over 100 years working to support musicians in times of crisis and opportunity. In this role she oversees Help Musicians' career development support, from mentoring programmes to career accelerators, this work helps equip musicians with the tools and skills they need to thrive.

Alongside her work at Help Musicians, Clara is also on the Board of Directors at Music Venue Properties, a charitable community benefit society that raises capital to buy Grassroots Music Venues bringing them into community ownership. To date Music Venue Properties has raised over £2 million and successfully bought 7 Grassroots Music Venues into community ownership.
