Elizabeth is a champion for new music, talent development, and gender equality. She joined PRS Foundation in 2016 and became their Grants and Programmes Manager in 2019, managing gender focussed scheme Women Make Music and leading its strategic reporting, that has been used widely across the industry. Elizabeth has spoken about this programme in panels around the UK, in Brussels as well as the main stage at Abbey Road Studios in an event that she curated to celebrate the work of this fund.  

Elizabeth has led on strategic mid-career opportunities for music creators, including next level funding opportunities through the pioneering Composers’ Fund and PPL Momentum Music Fund. Elizabeth has a broad range of experience across Talent Development platforms and opportunities, including partnerships with the British Council for Musician in Residence programmes around the world and international conferences such as Classical:Next for Composer Fellowship programmes.
