Fia is a London-based recording engineer, mixer and producer working primarily at Strongroom Studios in Shoreditch.

With a background spanning both major and grassroots studio environments—including Red Bull Studios, Metropolis, Urchin and SNAP—she works closely with artists across UK jazz, neo-classical, electronic, indie folk and post-punk.

Her work is centred on building supportive, sustainable creative environments, with a practice rooted in close collaboration, care, and long-term creative development beyond a single project.
