Louise Paley is the co-founder of Women in Jazz, an award-nominated cultural platform dedicated to championing women across the UK jazz and jazz-adjacent music industries. Rooted in music, storytelling, and real-life experience, her work spans artist development, live programming, radio, mentoring, and strategic partnerships.

Through Women in Jazz, Louise has curated live shows and conversations at leading cultural institutions and festivals including Ronnie Scott’s, Wilderness Festival, London Jazz Festival, and the Royal Albert Hall, while collaborating with partners such as Soho Radio, Jazz FM, Love Supreme Festival, Abbey Road Studios, and British Airways. She also oversees Women in Jazz’s record label and year-long programmes supporting emerging and established artists.
