Marina Garvey Birch is a Creative producer, Project Manager and Community builder who specialises in conceiving and developing inclusive creative communities and high value socially impactful projects - both locally to her hometown of London, and within the global music industry. 

Relying on Marina’s dynamic relationship network, the core of Marina’s output is a diverse production team as well as diverse front facing talent- building projects that have a timeless impact aligning with a belief in human connection, collaboration and an unending passion for music. 

With a multi-lingual lens (namely Mandarin Chinese and Spanish language skills), Marina offers a unique approach to immersive and live events, cross cultural collaborations and diverse programming - with a specialist background of over 10 years in talent development and management, radio broadcasting, live music events and championing marginalised voices through radical care, intersectional feminism and innovative leadership. 

Currently, Marina co-runs Ladies Music Pub, a DIY organisation to support FLINTA* community in the music industry and works with TYSON in artist management, and Jamie Woon as Creative Producer.
