Naomi Palmer began her career as an actor’s agent at leading talent agencies in London and Melbourne after earning a BA (Hons) from the University of Liverpool and an MA from the University of Manchester. She later joined Elastic Artists Agency at its inception, playing a key role in establishing the company as one of the foremost booking agencies for underground and left-field music. During her time at Elastic, she helped develop the live careers of influential artists including Flying Lotus, Moodymann, Theo Parrish, Thundercat, and Floating Points.

In response to the evolving live music landscape, Palmer went on to co-found Earth Agency alongside three female partners, driven by a shared commitment to integrity, collaboration, and innovation. Now more than a decade old, Earth Agency represents a diverse international roster of artists. Palmer continues to mentor and lead a new generation of agents, supporting them in building sustainable careers and shaping the future of the global touring industry.
