Ross Hampl is the Head of Commercial at Partisan Records with 13 years experience in the industry. He started his career at UMG where he worked for Virgin Music Group for 9 years, covering a mix of product management, digital strategy & commercial. After moving to Partisan Records, Ross has headed up the UK Commercial department for the past 3 years working with artists such as Geese, IDLES, Fontaines D.C. & Ezra Collective.
