After four years away, 2026 marks Danitsa’s highly anticipated return. Carving her own lane and aligning with the iconic Big Dada label, she enters a new chapter defined by clarity, confidence and creative ownership. Her first single, Miss Yo, introduces this new era. With a strong live history and a genre-spanning sound, Danitsa’s campaign centres on reconnecting with fans and building a focused listenership in the UK and US through an album-led rollout. Three standalone singles will be released ahead of the album announcement in Q3, supported by a growing global audience of over 62K followers, predominantly female and driven by millennial and Gen Z listeners.
The forthcoming album expands on themes of family and sisterhood, love and self-love, and rediscovery after absence, exploring identity through a female, diaspora and intergenerational lens. The project acts as a cultural bridge between Switzerland and the wider world, pairing Danitsa’s songwriting with collaborations from MOLIY, Strandz, Jarreau Vandal and more.
Visually, the album is shaped in collaboration with her sister, Lhiya, drawing on cinematic and cultural touchstones to build a distinct, cohesive world that mirrors the project’s depth,warmth and sense of narrative.
