David Kofi is a London-based gospel and jazz-inspired keyboardist, renowned for seamlessly merging his church upbringing with contemporary jazz piano expertise. With a strong foundation in gospel music, David embarked on his musical journey, initially honing his skills within the church community.

His passion and dedication led to the release of his debut 5-track EP, titled "Galaxy," in 2014. Notably, this project garnered attention and acclaim, earning him a nomination for Best Unsigned Jazz/Blues Act at the Unsigned Music Awards in 2016.

David's musical journey is defined by the release of several impactful EPs, including 'Kokoro' and 'Kokoro II,' both inspired by the Japanese concept of 'heart, soul, and mind.' These releases feature collaborations, including one with James Mollison, a member of the Mercury Award-winning group Ezra Collective.

David recently released a 4-track EP titled 'Live at Late Night Jazz Royal Albert Hall' in June 2023, which was recorded live at the Elgar Room (Royal Albert Hall).
