In 2023 Surya completed a 11 date tour and then supported and opened for both Barry Can’t Swim and Joy Anonymous on the UK leg of their respective tours. Leading to Surya to work with Barry Can't Swim earning a writing credit on Barry’s Mercury Nominated Album ‘When Will We Land?” Surya then reworked and vocalled Barry’s song ‘Always Get Through To You?’ which was included in the EAFC 2024 Official Soundtrack.
In 2024, Surya was hand selected by the BBC to play at Reading & Leeds as part of their ‘BBC Introducing’ stage. Being billed as a must watch by NME.
