Brighton-based singer and songwriter Kyla Kilzer and Jersey-born producer Max Noir are a creative duo whose partnership thrives on instinct, curiosity, and emotional honesty. Meeting by chance, the two quickly discovered a shared language rooted in reflection and experimentation, a collaboration that feels as natural as it is deliberate.

Their sound drifts between soft garage rhythms, introspective hip-hop, and spacious alt-R&B, balancing warmth with precision. Kyla’s approach to songwriting is introspective and unguarded, shaped by vulnerability and connection, while Max brings a meticulous ear and a love of texture, translating emotion into detail.

Together, they create music that feels fluid and deeply human, an evolving conversation between two artists learning, unlearning, and growing in tandem.
